Today, we gathered in the newly renovated factory area, braving the cold wind, to hold the first flag raising ceremony of the Baoji Hangcha new factory area. Together, we witnessed the great changes in the company's development journey, inherited the corporate culture and tenacious fighting spirit.

The reason why we are able to overcome various risks and challenges in 2024, persist in development and steady progress in difficult situations, relies on Mr. Qi's strong and wise leadership, his ability to assess the situation and make strategic plans, and his resolute determination to tackle difficulties and challenges decisively. Under his leadership, all middle and senior management, as well as the vast number of employees, worked together and worked hard to achieve a remarkable feat in the history of the company - the overall relocation, which took 45 days to complete. The company underwent earth shaking changes, and a brand new modern factory came into view, thus building a new development platform and embarking on a new journey of high-quality development for Baoji Hangcha. A new year is about to begin, facing new goals and requirements, combined with the results of more than half a year of trial operation after the company's relocation, new experiences and shortcomings have been explored, and various basic supports have been consolidated. Based on the actual situation of the company, a business policy of "expanding scale, human resources support, technological empowerment, and improving quality and efficiency" has been formulated for 2025, fully reflecting the results oriented approach to directly target and pointing out the direction for the company's new development.
