To comprehensively enhance the professional competence and practical ability of the sales team, the company has made sales training a key focus of annual capacity building. On the afternoon of April 2nd, the company carefully organized a detailed and targeted sales business training. This training adopts a combination of "supporting manufacturer explanations+technical center lectures+video learning" mode, and the course design closely follows the actual business needs, achieving good results.

The training is divided into three stages. In the first stage, the company invited technical experts from Shanxi Pingyao Gearbox Co., Ltd. to provide a systematic explanation of the structural principles, selection points, and common problems of commonly used models of gearboxes, helping sales personnel further consolidate their product knowledge foundation and enhance their technical support capabilities for customers.

The second session will be led by Vice President of Technology Xu Linbing. He delved into the characteristics, core advantages, and application scenarios of the company's new suite products, helping everyone accurately grasp the selling points of the products and enhance the targeting and persuasiveness of market promotion.

In the third session, all participants watched sales skill explanation video courses and learned practical content such as customer communication strategies and demand mining methods, further expanding their sales ideas and optimizing service methods.

The entire training had a strong learning atmosphere, with everyone listening attentively and actively thinking. The trainees gained a deeper understanding of product knowledge and sales skills.
