The company held a safety production training meeting to strengthen the defense line of safety production
On the afternoon of April 3rd, the company organized a safety production training meeting. The purpose of this training is to further strengthen the safety awareness of all employees, enhance risk prevention capabilities, and effectively ensure the safety of employees' lives and the smooth operation of the company. The training was organized by the manufacturing department, and some management personnel from the production line and government departments participated in the training.
The training will be divided into two stages. Firstly, Vice President of Production Wang Suoli gave a special speech on the importance of safety production. He elaborated on the core concept of "safety is the lifeline of production" from multiple dimensions such as industry characteristics, corporate responsibility, and employee family happiness, emphasizing that safety vigilance must not be relaxed at any time and prevention must be emphasized. Mr. Wang specifically pointed out that safety production is not only the responsibility of the production line. Government management personnel should also firmly establish safety awareness, fulfill safety responsibilities in system formulation, supervision and inspection, promote safety management throughout the entire process and chain, and implement safety responsibilities layer by layer to every position and every link.
Subsequently, Xia Jia, Deputy Minister of Manufacturing, systematically explained the safety production operation standards based on the characteristics of the mechanical processing industry and real work-related injury cases that have occurred in the company in the past. He analyzed the cause of the accident, restored the details of the operation, deeply analyzed the serious consequences of illegal operations, and explained the correct operating procedures and precautions one by one. During the training process, we also organized the viewing of mechanical injury accident warning education videos, which were thought-provoking real-life cases. Minister Xia gave a detailed explanation on the common types, high-risk areas, and preventive measures of mechanical injury accidents, reminding everyone to strictly follow the regulations in daily operations, eliminate complacency and lucky mentality.
The training content is close to reality and the cases are vivid, further enhancing the safety responsibility awareness and emergency response ability of the trainees. In conjunction with National Safety Production Month, the company will continue to carry out various safety production education activities, promote the rooting of safety culture, and create a stable and reliable production environment for the company's high-quality development.
