Baoji Hangcha actively participates in the city's industry-education integration "enterprise visit" activity
On April 17th, Baoji City hosted the 16th "Enterprise Visit" event for industry-education integration, with our company being one of the key enterprises under investigation. We received a research team led by Li Jingang, the Deputy Secretary-General of the municipal government, along with representatives from the Municipal Education Bureau, Industry and Information Technology Bureau, Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, and multiple colleges and universities.
At 11 am, the research delegation arrived at the company. Deputy General Manager Pan Hongke introduced the company's development history, core products, and talent needs to the delegation. He also conducted on-site exchanges with representatives from colleges and universities on topics such as deepening school-enterprise cooperation and promoting the cultivation of technical and skill talents.
At the afternoon symposium, speaking as a corporate representative, Mr. Pan presented a report centered around the company's basic situation, development needs, and policy suggestions. He expressed his willingness to strengthen cooperation with local colleges and universities in areas such as technology research and development, internship training, and order-based talent cultivation, under the framework of industry-education integration.
