Conveyor pulley
Conveyor pulley is the core key component of belt conveyor, which can be divided into drive roller and turnabout roller according to the application. The belt conveyor pulley manufactured by our company is elaborately designed and manufactured through scientific optimization by adopting the most advanced computer design software and method on the basis of dynamic analysis of stress. Based on the operation requirements of the conveyor, the pulley surface adopts diamond, herringbone or ceramic rubber surface. All conveyor pulley adopt integral bearing seat, lithium base grease lubrication. The conveyor pulley shaft material adopts high-quality alloy structural steel, with reasonable structure, large bearing capacity, reliable performance, long service life and other advantages, meeting the use requirements under severe environmental conditions.
