Polyurethane sweeper
Polyurethane sweeper is the core component of end cleaning of belt conveyor system, specially designed for belt surface cleaning and material recovery in production stage. It is installed at the head or return section of the belt conveyor. Fine powder, particles and adhesive materials left on the surface of the belt are accurately removed through flexible fitting and efficient scraping of high molecular polyurethane materials, so as to solve the leakage, dust accumulation and roller adhesion problems caused by material residue and realize the "clean surface return" of the belt. It not only reduces material loss and environmental dust, but also protects rollers, rollers and other subsequent parts from adhesive damage.
